For any items produced at our facility (i.e. embroidery, heat-sealing, etc.), there is no shipping charge and we employ a delivery person to handle local deliveries at a reduced rate. As for shipping from manufacturers, we will charge the exact cost. In order to be as competitive as possible in our pricing, we do not include our cost for shipping into the price, as we have little control over shipping expense.
