To use below pricing you must know your stitch count. Please contact our Customer Care department for an estimated stitch count. Once you know your stitch count you can use the grid below to determine pricing. Minimum order $15.00.

Embroidery Price List
Up to 7 colors (for basic flat goods or hats)
1 piece	$2.25 per 1000 stitches (minimum $15.00)
2-3 pieces	$1.90 per 1000 stitches (minimum $7.50)
4-12 pieces	$1.15 per 1000 stitches (minimum $4.00)
13-24 pieces	$0.75 per 1000 stitches (minimum $3.00)
25-99 pieces	$0.70 per 1000 stitches (minimum $2.50)
100-499 pieces	$0.60 per 1000 stitches (minimum $2.00)
500+ pieces	Call for pricing.

Extra Features:

Polybagging - add $0.50 per item.
Solvy - add $0.15 per item.
Special Backing - (other than white backing): add $0.20 per item.
Solar & Metallic Thread - add 20%.
Applique, Tackle Twill, Puff Imprint - Call for pricing.
Call for pricing on specialty items such as socks, leather products, pockets, etc.
Personalized name - add $5.00 (Left chest - block or script)

Rush Charges: (must be approved by production staff)

1 week rush: add 20%
Next day rush: add 50%
Same day rush: add 100%

Thread Charges:
90 Standard stock thread colors to choose from.
Non-Stock colors: One time $45.00 one time charge.
Thread color change: $20 Per Change.

Custom Tape Cost:
$18.00 per 1000 stitches($50.00 minimum).
All new orders will have a swatch proof presented for approval.
Copy of Embroidery Tape: $20.00
Provided Embroidery Tape: $20.00 mandatory for left chest swatch.
Text only: $15.00

Customer Provided Goods:
On provided goods reject rate is up to 3% Anything over 3%, a credit will be issued.
Maximum value per item: $10.00. Or Insurance will need to be purchased at 10% of value of item.
Artwork:
Artwork will be billed at a rate of $65.00 per hour.
Artwork can be emailed to our Graphic Design Department.

Delivery Times:
Design with Swatch Proof: 1 week.
Order Completion: 2 - 4 weeks (depending on production schedule).
