1.  Contact Us
Phone, E-mail or Fax your ordering information to us. Our Customer Care team will help answer any questions you have and help you locate the products you desire

2.  Graphic Design
Our design team specializes in everything from typesetting to full scale logo creation. Work directly with one of our design members to get the design done the way you need.

3.  Order Garments
Place your final order over the phone, email our orders department or download and fax us your order using our online order form.

4.  Digitize Logo
We will have your logo digitized and run a swatch proof of your logo for approval before the embroidery is scheduled.

5.  Schedule Job
After swatch approval and your total satisfaction we will schedule a date for the job to run

6.  Inspect Garments for Quality
We inspect all garments to insure top quality before the job is run. This helps assure us that the order is correct when it reaches you

7.  Run Job
We will run the job on or before the schedule date to assure that your need date is met. We watch over each garment as it is being stitched to help us achieve a top quality garment. A final inspection of all garments is mandatory before client pick-up / delivery.

8.  Pick-Up/Delivery
Our Customer Care team will contact you to schedule a time for product pick-up or delivery.
